Our Sushi Chefs have many years of experience at an upscale Sushi Restaurant & Bar in the Northeast, and insists on the freshest fish for his Sushi – something not found at many local Sushi bars, where most of the fish has been frozen.  Made with only the freshest fish, we have a large selection of sashimi, nigiri, and rolls.   Taste our Genki Special roll made with spicy tuna, chopped shrimp tempura cover with tuna, salmon, made without nori topped with crunchy, sweet, and spicy sauce.  Prefer something more creative?  Order an “Omakase” sushi and leave it to our chefs to prepare you a coursed selection of the day’s best choices.

The Sushi is “New York Style” with a variety of items such as live scallops, Madai (imported Japanese Pink Snapper), Toro (fatty Tuna), Aoyagi (giant yellow clam) not normally found in local restaurants, using fresh and imported ingredients. The entrees have a uniquely fresh taste – served with fresh lemon, fresh bamboo leaf, and a touch of something that is a step above most Pan-Asian cuisine
